NEW ORLEANS – Oklahoma State senior Emma Broze completed her second round of the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate in New Orleans within striking distance of the leaders with 18 holes to play.

As a team, the Cowgirls are tied for ninth place at 26-over par 602. Florida is atop the team leaderboard at 8-over 584, while Gator Sierra Brooks leads all individual golfers at 6-under 138.

Broze posted a 5-over par 77 for the second round and after two days is 4-over par, which is ten strokes behind Brooks.

Cowgirl junior Chih-Min Chen went 1-under par on the back nine to help her card 3-over par in her second round. Chen jumped eight spots on the leaderboard to enter the final round tied for 33rd place.

Alexis Sadeghy scored 4-over par on the day and will enter the final round tied for 60th place, while freshman Stephanie Astrup shot 6-over par and sit along with Chen tied for 33rd place.

Kenzie Neisen finished with a score of 10-over par and will enter the final round tied for 71st place.
