Griggs, Hopkins prevail in cold Bailey Ranch Spring Challenge

Carson Griggs of Sand Springs shot rounds of 73-73 in cold, windy conditions to win the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour Bailey Ranch Spring Challenge by four shots over Jordan Wilson of Edmond Sunday.

Faith Hopkins of Bartlesville shot rounds of 75-77 and won the girls division by six shots over Bailey Dunstan of Little Rock.

Northwest winds of 20-30 mph and temperatures from 32 to 44 were the norm for the golfers this weekend.
