Klaus-Johnson win OGA Four-Ball, Hughett teams with Wright to add to record

Ben Klaus and Cooper Johnson survived a playoff with Patrick Collogan and Craig Poet to win the Oklahoma Golf Association Four-Ball Championship Tuesday at Twin Hills Country Club in Oklahoma City.

Klaus and Cooper shot rounds of 64-66, while their opponents came in with a final-round 63 to forge the tie. Third place went to Sam Humphreys and Draegen Majors with rounds of 66-65 for a 131 total.

In the OGA Senior Four-Ball, Mike Hughett added to his record number of OGA championships by teaming with Kirk Wright to shoot 64-67 and win by three shots over Blake Gibson and Brian McGreevy (69-65).

Hughett, of Owasso, has now won individual or team titles in 18 different OGA championships.
