McAllister and Scarberry complete chase for first AJGA victory

Logan McAllister of Oklahoma City is named champion of the Boys Division after finishing with a score of 14-under-par 196. McAllister carded 16 birdies through 54 holes.

ShaeBug Scarberry of Purcell, Oklahoma, won her first AJGA event in a sudden death playoff against Joan Soewondo of Laguna Niguel, California. Both girls finished with a score of 2-under-par 208.

Edmond native Laken Hinton finished tied for fourth with Ben El Cohn of Guayaquil, Ecuador, and Andrew Yong. H Jung of San Diego with a score of 2-under-par 208.

Sarah Fite of Maysville, Kentucky, is a Leadership Links participant and finished in the top 10 with a score of 8-over-par 218. Fite is also committed to the University of Kansas.
