Cooler days are just ahead, and it’s time to gather your dream foursome and play a bucket-list course you’ve always wanted to experience.
To help raise funds and awareness for the Oklahoma Golf Hall of Fame, many of the top courses in Oklahoma – and some very special venues outside the state as well – will be donating rounds and more to the Hall. Those rounds for four will be auctioned online at the new OGHOF auction site, with the proceeds going to help provide scholarships, fund the Everett Dobson Award which helps graduating golfers begin their next endeavor, and help the Hall towards its goal of a permanent location to be enjoyed by all Oklahoma golfers.
The site is now live with foursomes available at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, Gaillardia Golf Club in Oklahoma City and Oakwood Country Club in Enid, three outstanding venues that reflect the depth and diversity of golf in Oklahoma.
Golfers can bid now through Aug. 30 on those rounds for four. To make a bid or for full details, go to www.auction.oklahomagolfhof.org. We have a long list of other amazing venues in line behind those so check back every week.
There is no limitation on how many times you can win. Please share the site with all of your golfing friends and help us get the word out.
Rounds will be scheduled in consultation with each club and do not have to be played at any certain time, but they are for a one-time round for four. Some rounds will have extra benefits, such as lunch or a small tee gift.
