Oklahoma City golfer to appear on Big Break Florida

Former Bishop McGuinness and University of Tulsa golfer Fiamma Felitch will appear on the upcoming season of the Golf Channel’s Big Break Florida.

 The Big Break Florida preview show will air at 8 p.m. Feb. 5, and the series airs Mondays at 8 p.m. starting Feb. 24.

Winners on the show can receive cash, endorsement contracts and exemptions to professional tour events, including an LPGA tournament.

Felitch was the Class 4A state champion and The Oklahoman’s All-City Golfer of the Year in 2007. She attended the University of Tulsa in 2007-08 but did not participate in any tournaments. She currently participates on the Cactus Tour, a professional women’s tour that plays 20-25 events every year in Arizona, Texas and Nevada.
