MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Oral Roberts men’s golf team fired an 872 (285-292-295) and took third place at the Memphis Invitational. Chattanooga held off a charge from host Memphis and won the team title at -13, 851 (286-285-280).

Cody Burrows finished as the tournament runner-up at -8 for the tournament, finishing all three rounds under par (68-71-69).

Burrows finished at 208, tied for the 10th best round in school history, and the lowest total for a par 72 course since 2011 when Kyle Spencer shot 210 at the Jackrabbit Invitational. Burrows’ previous career best was a 210 on a par 71 course.

The Golden Eagles had 62 pars, second behind North Alabama who carded 70 pars.  Jack Howes was tied for the third most pars in the final round at 15.
