NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. – The Oral Roberts women’s golf team shot its best round of the tournament Tuesday, but it wasn’t enough to move up the standings as the Golden Eagles finished fourth at the 2017 Summit League Championship with a 54-hole score of 946 (313-325-308). Denver came from behind in the final round to win the team championship at 906 (296-317-293).

Kennedy Ishee notched her seventh top 10 finish of the season, tying for ninth overall at 231, shooting 77 in each of the three rounds.

Beatriz Garcia (235) notched her seventh top 20 finish while Paty Torres (238) finished 18th for her second top 20 finish of the year.

Ishee tied for the lead in the field in par 5 scoring at 4.67 (-4) for the tournament, while Garcia played the long holes to an even par 5.00 score, tied for the fifth best average.

Garcia was also in the top five in birdies with 8, while Ishee tied for sixth in the field with 30 combined pars.
