TROPHY CLUB, Texas – Oral Roberts senior Kennedy Ishee shot a final round 74 and won the individual championship as the ORU women’s golf team finished third overall with a final score of 947 (321-317-309). Northern Iowa led from start to finish with a 54-hole score of 922 (314-309-299).

Ishee’s victory was the first individual championship since Alejandra Acosta won the 2014 Bob Hurley ORU Shootout. ORU finished third as a team for the second straight top five finish and the fifth of the year.

Rebecca Hnidka finished in a tie for 13th, her highest finish since shooting -1 to finish in a tie for 13th at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown October 22-23, 2017.

Playing as an individual in her second tournament of the year, Linda Huang shot her best round of the season with a final round 83.

After playing three tournaments in a nine day span, ORU will have a break until April 9 when the Golden Eagles head to the north part of town for the Tulsa Invitational at Tulsa Country Club.
