Robinson, Goodwin win rain-shortened OJGT Kickoff Classic

Kyle Robinson of Fayetteville shot a 6-under 66 on Monday to win the rain-shortened Norman Pediatrics Kickoff Classic on the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour at Jimmie Austin OU Golf Course in Norman.

Heavy rains washed out the second day of play in the tournament that also serves as a qualifier for the Big I National Championship Aug. 3-6 at Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan.

Mason Overstreet of Kingfisher and Carson Seals of Ardmore each shot 3-under 69 to tie for second. Ty Stites of Sallisaw was alone in fourth with a 2-under 70.

Kathryn Goodwin of Tulsa shot 73 to edge Taylor Dobson of Broken Arrow and ShaeBug Scarberry of Purcell who each shot 74. Kaitlin Milligan of Norman was fourth with a 78.
