LEWISVILLE, Texas – Anthony Broussard of Addison, Texas, captured the 44th Bright Realty Texas State Open playing solid golf all week. Broussard shot rounds of 64-65-67-72 for a four-round total of 19-under par 268.  He led all four rounds of the Championship and had a seven-stroke lead heading into the final round. His even par round today was enough to clinch the Championship and take home the first place prize money of $25,000 and a lifetime exemption to the Texas State Open.  

Dillon Rust of Edmond fired a 68 in the final round to move into a tie for third, five shots back of Broussard. He earned $8,200.
