Wallace, Strathe, Hopkins earn shares of third in AJGA at Oak Tree CC

Grayson Wallace of Guymon and Jared Strathe from Owasso notched ties for third in the AJGA Junior at Oak Tree which concluded Thursday.

Crimson Callahan of Wesley Chapel, Fla., won the boys event with a 6-under score of 204., followed by Teddy Tetak of the Slovak Republic at 205. Wallace and Strathe each shot 212.

On the girls side, Faith Hopkins of Bartlesville was the top Oklahoma finisher, tying for third at 216 after rounds of 72-74-70. She was seven shots behind Reese Guzman of Kahului, Hawaii, who shot rounds of 71-72-66 to finish at 209.
