WOGA Centennial celebrated at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club

Past champions including Susie Maxwell Berning, Betsy Cullen and nine-time champion Patty McGraw-Coatney were among the many greats on hand Sunday night at the Women’s Oklahoma Golf Association Centennial Celebration at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club.

Following a social hour and dinner, WOGA President Sheila Dills saluted the past champions and the club, which was the site of the first state championship in 1916. An excellent video was played that highlighted some of the great players of the past and showed the younger players what a significant social and athletic event the WOGA State Amateur Championship was for most of its history.
