17th Annual Mary Moore Charity Golf Event

The 17th ANNUAL MARY MOORE CHARITY GOLF EVENT presented by BANCFIRST will be here before you know it. The big day is Friday, August 11th, with an 8:30 Shotgun start. This charity event supports the SPECIAL OLYMPIC PROGRAM at Home of Hope. We were able to give them $45,000.00 last year, which raised our total to over $310,000.00. Your participation, sponsorships, and donations are genuinely appreciated.

The field is limited to 30 teams, letting every team play in 5 hours or less. It fills up quickly, so don’t procrastinate. The entry brochure is attached to this email. The link to online registration is HERE.

Hotel rooms are reserved for MARY MOORE participants at a reduced rate. Just call the hotel at 918-257-4204 and let them know you are with the MARY MOORE event.

The LIVE AUCTION item this year is a years’ Social Membership at Shangri-La Resort and Golf Club valued at $5898.00. The auction is in addition to our Silent Auction and will be held at the beginning of the shotgun start on Friday morning at 8:30.

All our prizes, raffle items, and silent auction are donations and all are still needed. Sponsorships are available ranging from Tee Box Signs for $150 to EAGLE Sponsorship at $5,000. The Sponsorship and registration can be started at the online registration portal or by contacting Jack, Misty, or Dan directly. Of course Cash Donations are always appreciated.
