SEASIDE, Calif. – Nearly halfway through the final round, the Oral Roberts women’s golf team had rallied and gotten within two shots of leader Denver, but the Golden Eagles were unable to complete the comeback on the back nine and took second at the 2015 Summit League Championship. Denver won the team championship with a score of 926 (307-312-307) while four of ORU’s five golfers bogeyed 18 to give ORU a 54-hole score of 944 (307-320-317).

Paola Aviles nearly claimed the wire-to-wire victory, but was overtaken at the end to finish second overall at 229 (74-77-76).
