ORU women finish third in Kansas City Shootout
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Oral Roberts women’s golf team dropped to a third place finish Tuesday at the Kansas City Shootout, presented by Gary Crossley Ford. The Golden Eagles shot 312 in the final round, but still picked up their seventh top-three finish of the season. Middle Tennessee shot 876 (292-292-292) to win the team title by 34 shots.
Alejandra Acosta moved up to a tie for third overall with an even par 72 in the final round.
ORU will have a week off before traveling to the Summit League Championship in Seaside, California, beginning April 20.
