SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Scores across the board were elevated Monday and the Oral Roberts women’s golf team finished the day fourth on the leader board after shooting 622 (313-309) in the first two rounds of the MSU/Payne Stewart Memorial. Missouri State leads the team race at 611 (310-301) and no team in the nine-team field was able to break 300 on Monday.
Shinwoo Lee is second overall after shooting 147 (75-72), but is playing as an individual in the tournament. Paola Aviles is the top team scorer and sits in a tie for fourth at 150 (73-77).

– In three rounds this year, Lee had not shot below 79 until Monday when she posted rounds of 75-72.
– ORU did not have an individual finish inside the top five in the first tournament of the year but has two golfers (Lee, Aviles) poised to do so in this tournament.
