TU golf coach lends hand to Golf Channel’s NCAA coverage

Tulsa, Oklahoma — University of Tulsa’s Emilee Klein-Gille, who completed her first season as the head coach of the Golden Hurricane women’s golf program, will be a part of Golf Channel’s live television coverage of the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Championships.
 
The Golf Channel will have more than 10 live hours of Individual Stroke Play on Monday, May 25 and three rounds of Team Match Play, Tuesday-Wednesday, May 26-27.
 
Klein-Gille will be part of the Golf Central News Team that will be providing wraparound news programming from the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida throughout the three days. Golf Central will surround live tournament coverage with pre- and post-event news coverage produced on location, as well as daily news updates on Morning Drive and online at GolfChannel.com.
 
As an amateur golfer, Klein-Gille was a member of two-time National Champion Arizona State in 1993-94, while she also won the NCAA individual title in 1994. As a professional, Klein-Gille won the 1996 Women’s British Open and was a member of the USA Team for the 2012 Solheim Cup.
