Birchell, Coffman win TGA Four-Ball Stroke Play Championship
Brian Birchell and Jeff Coffman shot a 7-under 137 for a three-shot victory in the Tulsa Golf Association Four-Ball Stroke Play Championship at Forest Ridge Golf Club this weekend.
Matt Willingham and Ty Shelnutt placed second at 140 (69-71), edging out Marty Edwards and Bryan Lunger by a shot (71-70.) After more than six inches of rain during the week, the already challenging Forest Ridge course played long, resulting in only three teams in the field shooting under par.
