Burrows, Hasley push ORU up the ranks in Louisiana Classic

LAFAYETTE, La. – The Oral Roberts men’s golf team finished with a one-over, 289, in the final round of the 34thAnnual Louisiana Classics, Tuesday, moving up to seventh overall at 890 (305-296-289). McNeese led from wire to wire with a 54-hole score of 863 (290-291-282).
Cody Burrows made eight eight birdies in a round of 2-under 70 and tied for fourth, his fourth top-five finish of the season.
ORU made the biggest jump in the standings (four spots) of any team after posting their best round of the tournament at 289. It is the second time in four rounds to break 290 after finishing at 287 in the final round of the Sports Authority Intercollegiate. Dustin Hasley finished in a tie for 18th, his first top 20 finish of the season.
