Howes, Hasley pace ORU in First Tee Classic
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas – The Oral Roberts men’s golf team rounded out the Little Rock/First Tee Classic tied for sixth place Tuesday afternoon.
The Golden Eagles finished tied for sixth, 11 strokes off the lead. Illinois State won the tournament on a one-hole playoff on No. 18.
Jackson Howes led the Golden Eagles finishing the tournament tied for eighth. Howes shot a 216 in three rounds. Dustin Hasley finished tied for 11th place going 70-73-75 in three rounds. Hunter Laughlin topped out tied for 14th shooting a 219.
ORU finished tied for sixth with Lamar and was two strokes from fifth place with Eastern Michigan.
