The Golf Oklahoma Hour returns this week, and yes, we’ve gone prime time. The show has moved from its Saturday morning spot to Thursday evenings from 6-7 p.m. on the Tulsa Sports Animal (97.1 FM) and its affiliates.

As always, all shows will also be available for listen later  on You can also listen live from anywhere in the state, just click the listen live button on

The show, hosted by Golf Oklahoma editor Ken MacLeod, veteran journalist Dave Sittler and PGA teaching professional Tracy Phillips will be presented by the upcoming KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, at least through May, after which the 2022 PGA Championship will slide into that role.

And appropriately, to catch us up on all things related to the upcoming major championship May 27-30 at Southern Hills Country Club, our first guest of the season will be Bryan Karns, championship director of both the Senior and the following PGA Championship.

The first show will also feature Ryan Hybl, coach of the top-ranked University of Oklahoma golf team. Ryan will catch us up on the spring duels with Oklahoma State and the road to the 2021 national championship, as well as discuss the upcoming Walker Cup featuring two native-born Oklahomans, his senior Quade Cummins and good friend Austin Eckroat of OSU.

We will also look ahead to The Masters and the host of players with Oklahoma ties who will be competing.
