The 2023 class of the Oklahoma Golf Hall of Fame has combined to win eight times on the PGA Tour, twice on the LPGA Tour, a record 24 times in Oklahoma Golf Association Championships and includes one of the most popular and beloved figures in the history of golf in Oklahoma.

Wininger, who helped found the Oklahoma State golf program, won six times on the PGA Tour before becoming a long-time professional to the stars in Las Vegas. Streck and Prammanasudh, both University of Tulsa graduates, won twice each on the PGA and LPGA Tours respectively. Hughett is the most decorated amateur in OGA history with an incredible 24 victories while Rose founded and ran the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour which has raised the level of play of Oklahoma junior golf from merely good to sublime.
