Mizuno JPX EZ Woods

Mizuno has added woods and hybrids to the JPX EZ line of irons targeted at players with higher handicaps and the driver is a first for the company, it is adjustable.
 

The JPX EZ driver is Mizuno’s entry into the category of adjustable loft, lie and face angle drivers already populated by every other major manufacturer.
 
"This was our first foray into the realm of customizing and adjustability," said Chuck Couch, VP of Product Management, Golf Division. "With the driver, we wanted to deliver a product designed for the ‘everyday’ average golfer that would aid their game and give the look, feel and overall golf experience that passionate golfers seek."
 
Eight settings are provided to give users the opportunity to create a bias for their desired ball flight.
 
The fairways are designed for ease of launch, high initial ball speeds and maximum forgiveness with a 192cc face design.
 
Couch commented, "Golfers at any level will see their ability to hit the ball longer and straighter increase with the new JPX EZ Fairway Wood. It is also important for the fairway wood to look proper in the address position, so we ensured a squared face shape to deliver the confidence to swing away."

The JPX EZ hybrids have a new design with low and deep weighting in a stainless steel body with a thin crown for higher launch and steeper landing angle.
