NSU, RSU, SWOSU share lead going into final round of NSU Women’s Classic
BROKEN ARROW – Northeastern State, Southwestern Oklahoma State and Rogers State shared the lead after the first round of the 24th NSU Women’s Golf Classic being held at The Club at Indian Springs. The final round is Tuesday.
Each team shot 7-over 295. Sharing the individual lead at 1-under 71 were Lydia Sitorus of Rogers State and Freya Sala of SWOSU. In a three-way tie for third at even-par 72 were Brenda Sanchez of Harding, Marelda Ayal of RSU and Yasmin Hang of NSU.
Among other Oklahoma schools, Southern Nazarene is in sixth place, Oklahoma Baptist seventh, Southeastern OSU 12th and Oklahoma Wesleyan 15th.
