ORU women’s team moves up to third in Summit League Championship

NEWTON, Kan. – The Oral Roberts women’s golf team improved 17 shots and moved up to third place after two rounds of The Summit League Championship. Denver (322-301—623) leads the team race and has a 10 shot advantage over ORU (325-308—633) entering the final round.

ORU has four golfers in the top 20 and all five golfers are inside the top 30. Isabella Caamal is tied for fifth after a 75, while Sarah Bell is tied for 11th at 159.

If ORU can make up the 10-shot deficit it would land an automatic berth in regionals. If not, its season will conclude today.
