SELLERSBURG, Ind. – For the second year in a row, Oral Roberts golfer Jackson Drake was named the Summit League Scholar of the Championship, League officials announced Sunday.

This is the second time Drake has earned this honor after winning the award last year at the 2023 Summit League Championship.

ORU is currently competing in (and leading) the Summit League Championship. Follow live scoring here.

Drake, a senior from Lubbock, Texas, is a history major at ORU and boasts a perfect 4.0 GPA. On top of his excellence in the classroom, Drake has put together a stellar senior campaign being named to the All-Summit League Second Team. Drake holds the third-best stroke average among the Golden Eagles with 72.87. He tied for first at the Missouri State Invitational earlier this season and secured a top-five and a pair of top-10 finishes as well.
