Several players with Oklahoma ties have a chance to advance as the final day of Korn Ferry Tour Stage Two qualifiers is held today at sites across the country.

At the Robert Trent Jones Trail Highlands Course in Dothan, Ala., Mason Overstreet of Kingfisher is one shot off the pace entering the final round. Overstreet, who played collegiately at Arkansas, is 4-under through 54 holes and the cut for the low 20 and ties who will advance was at 5-under starting today.

Tyson Reeder of Edmond, Matt Mabrey of Sand Springs and Blake Trimble of Edmond are also competing but not in strong contention to advance to the Finals Nov. 4-7 at The Landings Club in Savannah, Ga.

At a Stage II qualifier at the University of New Mexico Championship Course in Albuquerque, 2021 Oklahoma graduate Jonathan Brightwell of Edmond and Logan McCracken of Oklahoma City are tied for ninth at 4-under while those at 2-under are currently inside the top 20 and ties.

One shot outside that number is Quade Cummins of Edmond at 1-under after rounds of 70-73-69. Wells Padgett of Wichita, who played in numerous Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour events, is at 1-over and former Sooner Thomas Johnson of Norman is at 4-over.
