Pick your worthy beneficiary and enjoy these great fall tournaments

The weather is cooling off, there are a host of fun events coming up to benefit worthy non-profits and charities, so it’s time to get your team together and get signed up!

One of the premiere fall events is the Oklahoma Golf Hall of Fame Classic Oct. 7 at Oak Tree National. This is the main fundraiser to support the Oklahoma Golf Hall of Fame, which annually awards scholarships to deserving Oklahoma high school seniors, the Everett Dobson Award to a graduating collegian and honors the best of Oklahoma golf at its bi-annual induction ceremonies. For those of you who prefer your golf courses to have grass, the Oklahoma Turfgrass Research Foundation Scramble is Sept. 18 at Stillwater Country Club. Click here to sign up for this worthy event.

The fifth annual Golf to the Rescue Tournament supporting the good folks at Lab Rescue OK (www.labrescue.net) is Oct. 5 at Battle Creek Golf Course in Broken Arrow. It is a four-person scramble for $125 per person or $500 per team including greens fees, cart, range balls, lunch, prizes and more. Go to the website to register or for more information.

The 2024 Peaceful Family Oklahoma Golf Classic will be at Oak Tree National on Sept. 30. Your participation in the Peaceful Family Oklahoma Golf Classic helps provide help, hope, and healing to children impacted by addiction in their families.
