Shot Scope, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, has made a great reputation for their golf technology and the latest release, the Pro L2 laser rangefinder, has most all the bells and whistles a golfer needs at a wallet-friendly price.

Shot Scope CEO David Hunter says, “Our mission remains to provide the best in performance and accuracy at an affordable price point, and we believe PRO L2 meets that objective.” Looking at the latest laser rangefinder Pro L2 you can see his point.

What it doesn’t have is the ability to track game performance on the course nor can it tap into satellites for GPS distances the Pro L2 does have on/off slope, it vibrates when the target is locked and has the same accuracy as DMDs costing hundreds more.

For many the choice will be obvious. At less than $150 Shot Scope has a very attractive DMD choice and is sure to build a loyal following.
