Stevens, Nichols win OJGT’s John Conrad Labor Day Classic

MIDWEST CITY – Dominic Stevens of Cresent shot 7-under on rounds of 67-69 to win the John Conrad Labor Day Classic Monday by four shots over Karmeron Shaw of Salina, who shot rounds of 69-71 for a 4-under 140.

Jesse Tandoy of Broken Arrow shot even-par on the par-72, 6,800-yard John Conrad layout (69-75) and edged Ryan Bell of Norman (70-75) and Drew Mabrey of Tulsa (69-76) for third place by a single shot.

Anna Kate Nichols, an eighth grader Little Rock, shot rounds of 75-67 for a 2-under 142 and a five-shot victory over Kate Tilma of Wichita (72-75) in the girls division. Reagan Chaney of Ardmore (73-76) and Lilly Whitley of Edmond (74-75) tied for third at 149, one shot better than Olivia Coit of Edmond (76-74).
