Tributes roll in for Golfweek’s Ron Balicki

The online pages of Golfweek magazine are justly filled with tributes for Ron Balicki, long-time college and amateur golf writer who passed away Tuesday after a battle with lung and liver cancer. Balicki was a good friend of mine and we had covered college golf events together as long ago as 1988. He will be dearly missed.
