Wilcoxen wins TGA Stroke Play Championship at LaFortune Park

Brett Wilcoxen of Owasso won the Tulsa Golf Association Stroke Play Championship Sunday in a playoff over Austin Hannah after both golfers tied at 6-under 138.

Wilcoxen, who now plays for Northeastern State University, shot 3-under rounds of 69 both Saturday and Sunday while Hannah had the tournament’s low round of 68 Saturday and followed with a 70 Sunday. Mike Gotcher finished a shot back at 5-under 139 while Harley Abrams took fourth at 4-under 140.

Jason Gulley won the Senior Championship Flight after a 68 Sunday put him a 4-under, two shots ahead of Todd Raffensperger and three ahead of Jerry Nick.
