Wood, Moore notch top-20 finishes in weekend Oklahoma pro overview

With a closing 65, Willie Wood of Edmond tied for 13th in the Allianz Championship Sunday, a PGA Tour Champions event in Boca Raton, Fla. Fellow Oak Tree National member Bob Tway tied for 47th in the same event.

Across the country, Tway’s son Kevin was in a similar spot, tied for 48th in the Pebble Beach Classic. Tag Ridings, who grew up in Tulsa, led the local contingent with a tie for 33rd at 5-under, 14 shots behind winner Jordan Spieth. Robert Streb of Edmond made the cut at even-par but was in a group that did not get to tee it up on Sunday.

On the Web.com Tour, Taylor Moore of Edmond shot 8-under to finish in a tie for 12th in the Club Columbia Championship in Bogata. Chris Worrell of Jenks finished at 7-under and tied for 17th. Rhein Gibson of Edmond finished at 5-under and tied for 25th.
