Heritage Hills Golf Course in Claremore has reopened its renovated back nine with the front nine scheduled to reopen around Oct. 1.

The course closed in the spring for a rebuild of all bunkers and greens and select tree removal as well as other improvements. Golfers can now sign up for tee times between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and play the back nine twice.

The renovation by Tulsa-based golf course construction firm Jones Plan includes new Tif-Eagle ultradwarf Bermuda greens that have grown in nicely according to Director of Golf Andy Forbes.

“It’s so much better and so nice,” Forbes said. “Golfers are going to love it.”
