Jeff Combe of Tulsa Country Club and Tim Fleming of Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club tied for 43rd in the 2018 Senior PGA Professional Championship at Port St. Lucie, Fla., Sunday. Both shot 3-over 291 for 72 holes.

The top 35 finishers earned spots in the 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, to be played in May at Oak Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York. Both Combe and Fleming finished an agonizing one shot short of at least being in a playoff for those  berths in the major championship.

Other professionals from Oklahoma who competed in the event but did not make the cut were Jeff Tucker of The Club at Surrey Hills, Tim Graves of Graves Golf Schools and Kyle Flinton of Quail Creek Golf & Country Club.
