Cowgirls in 14th place at Windy City Collegiate Classic

WILMETTE, Ill. – The Oklahoma State women’s golf team wrapped up 36 holes of play against some of the nation’s top squads at the Windy City Collegiate Classic at Westmoreland Country Club.

The Cowgirls carded a 321 in the morning round and improved in the afternoon with a 303. OSU is in 14th place with 18 holes to play on Tuesday morning.

Chih-Min Chen paced the Cowgirls with three birdies on the day, and will enter Tuesday’s final round in a tie for 42nd place at 8-over 152.

Emma Whitaker and Stephanie Astrup are tied for 54th and 56th, respectively, while Michelle Forsland is tied for 71st. Faith Hopkins is currently in 75th place at 20-over 164.
