Live scoring:

Round 1 of the GCBHS Real Okie Championship finally concluded this morning after inclement weather forced a delay Wednesday. Players began their rounds at 12:15 p.m. yesterday, but due to darkness, play had to be suspended. The round resumed at 7:30 a.m. today, with players picking up from where they left off.

James Piot from Canton, Michigan, took the early lead after the “morning wave” finished, shooting an impressive 5-under par. However, as the day progressed and the “afternoon wave” concluded, Fred Wedel (The Woodlands, TX) and Peter Bradbeer (Jupiter FL) emerged as co-leaders, each finishing at 6-under par. Bradbeer started hot yesterday, carding 5-under par through the first several holes, setting a strong pace for the rest of his round.

Another standout from yesterday’s play was amateur Mesa Falleur from Muskogee, who shot a solid 4-under par total. His performance has been a highlight, and he will be teeing off for Round 2 at 3:29 p.m. today, hoping to build on his excellent start.

The second round will begin at 9:15 AM CT with players looking to get inside the cut line. Players will flip waves and start holes. Entrance to the GCBHS Real Okie Championship is free to the public, and we hope to see you! If you cannot make it, follow along on our socials: Instagram @allprotourgolf Twitter @AllProTourGolf
