Kylie Fisher of Tahlequah will represent the state in the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals to be held Sunday at Augusta National. Fisher will compete in the 10-11 girls division.

She also made it to the finals in 2021 in the 7-9 division and qualified in 2019 before the 2020 event was canceled due to Covid.

Fisher, who plays out of Cherokee Springs Golf Course in Tahlequah, is a student of Tulsa-based instructor Regina Goodwin. The daughter of Shauna and Randy Fisher, Kylie has been a star in U.S. Kids Golf events and also plays for the Battle Creek PGA Jr. League team that placed third in the country in 2021.

Fisher advanced through qualifying at Texas Rangers Golf Club, subregional at Hackberry Cree Country Club in Irving, Texas, then regional qualifying at The Alotian Club near Little Rock, Ark., where she finished first with a score of 119 despite heavy rain.
