Hill, Tilma prevail in OJGT Tour Championship

Tres Hill of Elk City closed with a 1-under 70 at Shawnee Country Club Sunday to win the Tour Championship on the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour by a shot over Bennett Baldwin of Stillwater.

Hill and Baldwin both opened with even-par 71s and Baldwin matched that score in the second round to finish a stroke back.

Dominic Stevens of Crescent was another shot back in third at 143 (71-72). William Falleur of Muskogee was fourth at 146 (74-72) and Ben Stoller of Owasso fifth at 148 (74-74).

Kate Tilma of Eastborough, Kan., shot a final-round of 4-under 67 after opening with a 76 to win the girls Tour Championship by five shots over Lilly Whitley of Edmond (73-73). Reagan Chaney of Ardmore took third at 151 (79-72), while Maddi Kamas of Kingfisher was fourth at 152 (79-73). Kamas had won her previous four starts this fall on the OJGT.
