Long-time Tulsa-area golf instructor Holley Hair, former owner and director at Tee Town Golf Ranch, has joined the teaching staff at LaFortune Park Golf Course in Tulsa.

PGA Director of Golf Patrick McCrate said he was thrilled to have Hair join his staff.

“I’ve known Holley for many years and she has the same enthusiasm and energy she’s always had,” McCrate said. “She’ll be great for us.”

Hair was an elite player at the University of Tulsa and a member of the 1981 championship team. She has taught the game to thousands, mainly at the former Tee Town center in Broken Arrow, which closed in 2013.

Hair has been a three-time LPGA Central Section Teacher of the Year and also served briefly as coach at her alma mater TU.

“From courses, to equipment, to practice facilities, LaFortune has it all,” Hair said. “My passion is teaching and helping students enjoy the game, and I am excited to pursue that passion with the amenities here at LaFortune. I want to reach out to beginners, juniors, men and women and invite them to experience a better game.”

Hair will offer private and group instruction, camps, on course lessons and specialty clinics.  To schedule your appointment or for inquiry, contact Hair at 918-625-6024

I love Holley Hair’s golf instruction! She’s through at everything she teaches. I used her at T-Town driving range when she owned it. One of the best teachers I’ve used, she is the consummate professional. Well worth the money…
