Masters postponed, PGA Tour calls a halt to Players, cancels other events

The golf world was rocked in the last 24 hours, first by the cancellation of The Players Championship after one round and the following two events, and later by the announcement from Augusta National that The Masters would be postponed until further notice.

The LPGA also announced it was canceling three events. 

The United States Golf Association said it has not made any decisions yet regarding the U.S. Open and other events.
