Oral Roberts women place in San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Oral Roberts women’s golf team finished fifth in the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational Wednesday afternoon at San Antonio Country Club in San Antonio, Texas.
The Golden Eagles finished fifth with a 912 (+48) three-round score. ORU had its best day in round two with a 296. The team shot 32 birdies in the tournament.
Kiana Oshiro placed third overall with a 219 (+3) scorecard. Oshiro shot even par in rounds one and two and had a 75 in round three. She had eight birdies overall and it’s her third-straight top five finish. Sarah Bell finished tied for 10th overall with a 223 (+7) score. Bell had nine birdies overall and had her best round in the opening round with a 73 (+1) score.
ORU will host the 2022 ORU Spring Invite April 11-12 at Indian Springs Country Club in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
