Rules guru Robert O.  Smith of Norman met with Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour members and tour director Morri Rose (far right) recently to go over the new rules passed for 2019 and beyond by the United States Golf Association and the R&A. Smith was a rules official for the LPGA Tour for more than 20 years, working more than 400 events, and on the rules committee for the PGA of America for more than 30 years.

“It was great for the kids,” Rose said. “We’ll be way ahead of the game this spring.”
