Sides shoots 15-under in South Lakes Junior Shootout; Coit wins by four

William Sides scorched South Lake Golf Course in Jenks this weekend with rounds of 65-62 for a 15-under score of 127 to run away with the South Lakes Junior Shootout on the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour.

Sides, going into his junior year at Cascia Hall in Tulsa, finished seven shots ahead of Andrew Fakult of Rogers, Ark. (66-68) and ten shots clear of Shane Herlihy (68-69) of Edmond and Parker Sands of Edmond (68-69) who tied for third at 137.

Olivia Coit of Edmond won the girls division with rounds of 73-70 for a 1-over 143 total, four shots clear of Sarah Sherrard of Moore (76-71). Mimi Hoang of Oklahoma City and Lilly Whitley of Edmond tied for third at 149 and Jenna Triplett of Edmond was fourth at 152. Complete results below.
