Wilcoxen, Raffensperger capture 2023 TGA Stroke Play victory

Brett Wilcoxen shots rounds of 66-68 to finish at 10-under 134 and win the Championship Flight of the Tulsa Golf Association City Championship Sunday at LaFortune Park Golf Course in Tulsa.
Wilcoxen, the son of PGA professional Brent Wilcoxen at South Lakes Golf Course in Jenks, edged Cole Stephenson by a single shot. Stephenson shot rounds of 66-69 to finish second at 9-under 135. Luke Phillips (71-66) and Delbert Brooks (66-71) tied for third at 137.
