Wilson, Falleur race to top of OGA Stroke Play Championship leaderboard
Jordan Wilson of Edmond and Mesa Falleur of Muskogee are tied at the top at 11-under, with Ryder Cowan of Edmond lurking two back at 9-under entering the final round of the Oklahoma Golf Association Stroke Play Championship at The Territory in Duncan.
Wilson and Falleur both shot 6-under 66 Wednesday in the second round to shoot past Cowan, who after opening with two birdies played even par the rest of the way en route to a 2-under 70.
Also in the hunt at 7-under is William McDonald of Oklahoma City who carded a second-round 68. In fifth is 14-year-old Emerson Majma of Edmond, who shot 1-under 71 and is 6-under for 36 holes. The field was cut to the low 30 and ties after the second round and those 3 over and better will play the final round of the 54-hole event Thursday.
