Falleur, Nichols win rain-shortened Muskogee Fall Classic
Defending his home turf, Mesa Falleur edged Christian Johnson of Oklahoma City in a playoff to win the OJGT’s Muskogee Fall Classic Sunday at Muskogee Golf Club.
The tournament was shortened to 27 holes for the boys and 18 holes for the girls due to heavy rains on Saturday. Anna Kate Nichols of Little Rock won the girls division with a 2-under 69, one shot ahead of Aubrey House of McAlester.
Falleur and Johnson each shot shot 2-under 105. Carson Wright of Norman was a shot back and Connor Whitworth of Poteau took fourth two shots back at 107.
